What is PayRange?

 

PayRange is the industry leading mobile solution for machines. PayRange eliminates the need to carry quarters and cash to do laundry.

 

How does it work?

 

Machines are equipped with a Bluetooth enabled device that interacts with the PayRange mobile app. Because PayRange depends on Bluetooth, you must be close enough to the machine for the Bluetooth to communicate.

 

Will it work on my phone?

 

PayRange works on Android Operating System 4.3 (Jelly Bean) or higher and iPhone Model 4s or newer (OS 7.1 or higher)

 

Can I use it on all machines?

 

PayRange is available on all machines, including vending machines.

 

Is it secure?

 

PayRange servers and enabled machines NEVER store any of your credit card information. All transactions are SAFE and SECURE.

 

Is there a fee to use PayRange?

 

No, there are no additional fees to use PayRange on our machine.  However there is a minimum to reload funds to your PayRange account.

 

 

If I no longer want to use PayRange and I have a balance on my account, can I get a refund of the balance?

 

Yes, but because the balance is held by PayRange Inc. and not MLC Coin Laundry you will have to contact PayRange through the app to request a refund of the balance.  

MLC Coin Laundry cannot refund the balance.
